1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MANUFACTURE
REQUIREMENTS
- B.E or MSc in :
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Food Technology
- E&E Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Robotics Engineering
- Instrument Electronic
- Material Science Engineering
- Manufacture Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Candidate’s age between 22-24 years old
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit
- Additional Requirements

- Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit’s Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE LOGISTIC OPERATION & SERVICES
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma 4 or Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Candidate’s age between 22-24 years old
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit & Distribution Unit
Additional Requirements
- Available to start the program January 2023
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Business Unit’s n Distribution Unit’s Garudafood location, over the duration of the program.
3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – SALES 2023
REQUIREMENTS
- Any dicipline with GPA min. 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Candidate’s age between 22-25 years old
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Passion in Sales
- Willing to be placed in all GarudaFoodGroup operations.
Additional Requirements
- Available to join the program in Q1 2023
- Ability and willingness to relocate to all branches’s Garudafood group location, over the duration of the programme
