• Bachelor / Master Degree of Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science or Business Analytics
• Minimum 5 years experience in same or similar role
• Technical Skills : Statistics and Data engineer, Big data technology, CRM analytics, Data modellar, Data strategist, Machine learning, Video analytics, Data engineer, Growth hacking, Deep learning, NLP, Business analytics, Project management, Domain expert, or Data visualization
• Confident and persuasive communicator, excellent presentation skills, analytical and logical thinking and the confidence to defend assumptions, problem solving, projections and recommendations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both Bahasa and English for business
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and people skills, including the ability to work independently and appropriately prioritise between competing opportunities
• Be familiar with both SQL and at least one of the following procedural programming languages C; C ; C#; Java; Python; Perl; R.
• Certification of Data Analytics / Data Science from Profesional Organization

• Bachelor Degree in  any major, computer science or business / management preferred
• Minimum 4 years extensive experience in same or similar role within digital product development is a must
• Technical Skills : Lean Canvas, Product Roadmap, Product Prioritization, PRD, Analytics, Scrum, AB Testing, Product Discovery
• Soft Skills : Stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, Remote team management, experimentation mindset
• Tools Familiarity : Miro, JIRA, Zoom (or any other communication tools), google suite, Monitoring tools (Firebase, GA, AppsAnnie, etc)

• Bachelor degree from any major or people who loves to write and deliver things to user
• 3-5 years experience as UX Writer , Content Creator or related field
• Good Language Grammatical
• Has good knowledge and skill on content strategy
• Capable on storytelling
• Able to recognize brand voice and to apply branding to microcopy
• Understand UX Design Process
• Understand research and analytics
• Understand wireframe and prototyping
• Analytical Thinking, Communication, Emphaty, Collaboration, Leadership
• Tools Familiarity : Brainstorming, Collaboration, Articulation: Mural, Miro, Dovetail, Airtable etc.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Management, or Subject related  with Statistic and Research Method
• 3-5 Proven Experience as UX Research Specialist or similar role
• Have a good understanding and experience, how to design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research approaches, for discovery and evaluating purpose
• Ability to understand user needs, behaviour, experience, and user motivation through various research method
• Ability to build the criteria, requirements, and needs (product requirements) so the product can create the expected user experience journey.
• Ability to design, plan, and carry out usability testing with end-users to test hypotheses of the design, features, and workflow of a product.
