Perusahaan ini menawarkan saluran komunikasi untuk pengguna telepon genggam dengan pilihan prabayar maupun pascabayar dengan merek IM3 Ooredoo, jasa lainnya yang disediakan adalah saluran komunikasi via suara untuk telepon tetap (fixed) termasuk sambungan langsung internasional IDD (International Direct Dialing). Indosat Ooredoo juga menyediakan layanan multimedia, internet dan komunikasi data (MIDI= Multimedia, Internet & Data Communication Services).

Pada bulan Februari 2013 perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel dan menguasai 65 persen saham Indosat berubah nama menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana mengganti seluruh perusahaan miliknya atau di bawah kendalinya yang berada di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara dengan nama Ooredoo pada tahun 2013 atau 2014. Dua tahun kemudian, pada tanggal 19 November 2015 Indosat akhirnya mengubah identitas dan logonya dengan nama Indosat Ooredoo

  1. AVP Pricing & Business Case

Job Summary

Drive revenue growth through rigorous process of assessing and approving a variety of B2C initiative in form of business cases to align with commercial plan

Job Description

Reviewing business case and secure the approval from commercial side with routine:

  • Business Case Clarification meeting, introduction of business initiative to all responsible stakeholder such as business user, finance, tax, regulatory, revenue assurance & accountin
  • Review and give notes/insights related to the business case to business user considering aspects such as Revenue, Traffic, Margin and cost (opex/capex) needed
  • Link the initiative to company’s target
  • Initiate to collect performance result from Business User to see the achievement of initiatives

Qualification

  • Min. GPA 3.0
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering
  • 3-5 years, pricing or revenue management, commercial plan/monitoring preferable in Telco ,FCMG, Airline or hotel industry

Skills

  • Data understanding specifically related to telco product, subs and overall portfolios
  • Analysis (sometimes creating to) on business model and revise it to improve business case proposal
  • Ability to generate report and give insights related to business initiative
  • Proficient in excel
  • Tableu understanding in data view/perspective and generating data
  • Negotiation skills to acquire unanimous decision related to approval business initiative (Commercial, Sales, Finance, Tax & Regulatory)

Job Summary

Responsible for working in partnership with key stakeholders within the enterprise stream to develop and implement strategic HR business plans which will support the ongoing success of the business. Develop HR external image and reputation through integrated external relation by well internship and coordination with the third party

Job Description

Supervisory : Leads and communicate the Functional goals to the teams, monitor and evaluates its performance.

Provides mentorship and guidance to subordinates.

Strategic Partner : Manage alignment of HR and business strategy, Support business unit to achieve their target by a strategic HR business partner. Partner with management to implement SBU/regional strategic plans.

Employee Champion : Directly Listen and respond employee’s opinion or issues and help them to solve the case, help maintain employee engagement, and ensure that the right employees are developing the right skills that the organization will need to remain competitive

HR BP Key Initiatives : Manage and conduct several HR Business Partners Key Initiatives especially for Region and Area Offices which consist of Organization and Resources Management, HR Services Management, People Development and Performance Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from HR Management, Phycology, Economic
  • 3 years of working experience in Business or HR generalist experience including in-depth knowledge of people development and administration, organization, performance management, employee relations and engagement, labour relations and HR policy
  • Ability to stay focused, delegate and manage work under pressure with multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English

Job Summary

Managing account under his/her portfolio, responsible for the achievement of revenue targets Indosat Business Services, increase the revenue, acquire new customers, initiate and accomplish the strategic project with a strategic customer, and maintain Customer Loyalty.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business services (increase revenue & wallet share)
  • Evaluate and create a program to improve customer productivity in term of services usage.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by the customer.
  • Coordinate with Major Events to retain customer and increase customer loyalty.
  • Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from Customer in the FMCG & Retailer segment based on determined budget.
  • Customer Management & Market Analysis
  • Conduct reporting of the sales activities performance
  • Give feedback to Marketing, Product Development and Technical Function concerning trend of services need, market pricing & customer potential

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience especially from Public Sector or Government sector
  • Having knowledge about B2B business model and sales methodology
  • Good in English, oral and written
  • Good in communication, negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
