SPX – Line Haul Lead
Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules and manages the inbound and outbound line haul operations by land, air, and sea.
- Create line haul strategies, schedules and plans to maximize capacity, and ensure all deliveries are fast and on time.
- Manages transport and drivers.
- Develops strategic plans to support peak volume.
- Ensures and oversees a thorough investigation of schedule delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accident.
- Implement SOPs and policies related to line haul & shuttle safety and security.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree (any major) from a reputable university.
- Have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in line haul field or logistic transportation.
- Have experience working in transport, supply chain and logistics company.
- Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
- Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
- Like challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environment
